Former JAG officer and accomplished trial attorney Randall Clark has tried over 100 jury trials and 200 non-jury trials and has mediated over 300 cases. His excellent track record in court and his goal-oriented outlook make him a valuable member of the McGarvey PLLC team.
About Randall
Randall’s previous career highlights include serving as an attorney in the business and securities litigation division of McGuireWoods LLP, assisting assisted financial institutions with litigating cases involving multimillion-dollar damages and adjudicated claims against banks. He has handled over fifteen appeals to the Texas Court of Appeals and the United States Fifth Circuit of Appeals.
Randall served over two years at Houston Volunteer Lawyers (HVL) as supervising attorney for the Indigent Veterans Program. He also helped found and co-chair the Houston Bar Association Military & Veterans Committee and worked as part of the Houston Veterans Legal Initiative Program. Passionate about serving veterans, each year Randall accepts pro bono veteran cases through HVL.
